hi!
several interesting things happened on my ride to my piano teachers house today.
interesting thing no 1:
a guy got arrested on my bus. seriously. ok, maybe not arrested, but he was removed from it after some sbs guy interviewed him for 5 minutes at the back of the bus. not something you see everyday. haha
interesting thing no 2:
i realised there were bugs living in my phone. theyre really small. and white. really gross too, but interesting in a strange twisted kinda way. haha. i dumped them on the ground. hopefully they like their new home.
interesting thing no 3:
i discovered truely how great my piano teacher is. i mean, i knew he was good, since hes a dr in piano. but i didnt know he was THAT good. apparently, when he was 18, he had a concert which he played beethovens sonata in a-flat major by memory. and he can still remember it now!. and he also played for national tv and radio. and he got the highest in singapore and burneo for his dip i think. got himself a nice cert and a scholarship to abrsm in england. so cool.
interesting thing no 4:
i found out, that if i walk all the way to balmoral plaza from school, i can take 66 direct! and 171 and 170. which makes life a lot easier. but it is a REALLY long walk. probably wouldnt matter if i was liting. in fact, i think shell walk for miles if she could save 80 cents from her bus fare. haha. just kidding. but for those who takes buses with her, you might have seen how she runs for buses. im not like that. i mean, if the bus passes me by, i let it, even though i know that if i ran ill probably catch it. and id rather take 3 buses than 2 if it means i can cut down on the time taken for travelling.
interesting thing no 5:
this is quite amusing actually. you know the traffic light at serene center? yeah. my bus stopped at that red light. and at serene center, there were these two girls-that-looked-a-lot-liked-guys basketballers hanging around. and there was this whole row of sc girls in my bus. like about 10 of them? they saw them and started talking really excitedly, commenting how jap they looked and whether they were girls or guys. its actually very funny, cos they were all quite tall, so they had to bend down to stare at the pair. and then the two people turned around and then they saw that they were actually from st margs. haha. too bad.
