fams overrr ): and so heres the promised update! XD
on one hand im kinda relieved that we will no longer be super stressed out and all trying to chiong out stuff before the deadlines and etc etc, but on the other hand im sad. sad cos the event that we've worked tgt for almost the whole year had ended in a blink of an eye, sad that it'll probably be the last time i'll ever see this group of wonderful, very pretty seniors for quite some time.
anws, we were at mandarin court from 10am in the morning setting up. basically we worked until about 4 plus, when we all went to change. really i think we did a very good job! the whole place was like transformed or something. plus a few adult who were visiting the venue were like "wow so nice! we must learn more from students." XD
and yes, for those who dont know yet (although you'll be few and far between), fam ot was all decked in black cocktail dresses for the evening XD and no, that does not mean we get two "fams" as some claim we do. fams more that just a dress! the sense of belonging, of love, of seperation isnt something that can be duplicated for us! next year will definitely be the one and only fam i'll be having XD and yes we were all damn hot. teeheehee
at 6 the seniors started to arrive! OMG THEY WERE SOOO CHIOOOO! ahhhhh! andrea looked like a mermaid, tammy was super whoa. and ada. and jacky. and numerous other people. like huiwen! haha tammy(chiobudesu!), jia cong (who came in pink o.o), andrea, huiwen (loved her dress!), vivien all dyed their hair almost the same shade of brown. omg i was like stuck between trying to get everyone into the court and being grabbed to take pictures. XD. in the end we got everyon in half an hour late T.T i was damn stressed lah! -exhales.
anws, everything was going real smoothly. (btw xiner was really really really pretty too! she had cool hair. like joelynn! and cool hair means everything! :D) except for the fact that we just kept getting more and more behind time. ot had a table at the back (without food T.T) when we werent on duty. OMG THE FOOD SMELLED REALLY GOOD. overall no glitches. but we did catch two gate crashers. (actually mr lau did and he was quite pissed about it since we were obviously not doing our job well enough T.T) pageant was really good. grace zhang was sooo funny! and zhixian was really good. although amanda didnt come out as well cos it was too soft, but i really like her performance cos its so original. zhener was good too!
and OMG RJC STREETZ WAS HOTTT. they are really good! really really! and there were these two guys who just left us like "how the hell did they do that?" it was really funny during the rehearsal too. the girls were just ordering the guys around. haha guess what they say about overbearing rgs girls are true ><
yeah it was a rockin' night darlings. totally cool! :D
