and thus, my second and last sli ended.
it was quite a smooth one, i must say. the ics certainly did a great job! we gathered in the hall at 6.30 am, such a unbelievably early hour, and basically sat around until we went down for the fanfare. it got a bit messy when everyone started sitting at the wrong places, but at least we went up in the correct other. bowed, sat down speeches blah blah blah, then was the CONCERT xD
haha we rushed to the tamil room (running in court shoes= pain)and changed into our concert attire, like some strange stripping spree haha. then we rushed down, practised our dance to chase away all the butterflies and then suddenly it was OUR TURN D: luckily i didnt forget a large chunk of m moves alh. apparently we were awesome, but i dont know, it was all too fast! heh.
reception had terrrible food, im sorry but it was and im no picky eater. we were sitting quite close to the ri people, so after a while claire gave up eating and went to talk to yuda and company. and then later, she roped me in too, so basically we were talking to this large group of erm, people i dont know T.T other than yuda. haha. but it was ok lah i guess.
after that meijia and claire wanted to go and crash the ri school tour, so i tagged along and visited ramyia, who was their tour guide. yup.
and then we had two hours of mentorship workshop.
and now im very tired.
sleepy.
basically this week was largely sleepy and mugging. hist was ok i think, but it was a little tight time wise. and our math pt is coming along nicely. next mon is chem prac and orals so i must prepare and go and memorise all the QA stuff soon. plus ss essay on fri. then hcl on week 10 and then hurray! no more!
